Watched a SaaS founder close 3 deals at a diner in Austin by doing one weird thing
I was grabbing breakfast at a spot on South Congress last month and overheard a guy at the next table walking two prospects through his product on a laptop. He never once showed a feature list. Instead he asked each of them what their team argued about every Monday morning, then typed their exact words into his demo on the spot. He closed 3 deals that week, all from that same diner booth. Has anyone else tried leading demos with the prospect's own complaints instead of your feature slide?
