Pipeline velocity doubled after I killed our lead scoring matrix
Spent 6 months tweaking that 40-point scoring system and saw nothing move, then stripped it down to 3 questions on the form and our demo bookings jumped from 12 to 28 per month in 5 weeks. Has anyone else found that simpler qualification actually filters better than all that automation?
