Toyota dealership charged me $85 for a sensor that cost $14 online

My 2011 Camry threw a CEL for the MAF sensor last month. The local dealer in Columbus quoted me $85 just for the part, plus an hour of labor. I balked and grabbed a replacement off RockAuto for $14 with shipping. Took me 20 minutes with a screwdriver in the parking lot, reset the code, and it has been running smooth for 500 miles. My question is, how do shops justify that kind of markup on basic sensors when owners can do the swap this easy? Has anyone else started DIYing simple part swaps after seeing the dealer invoice?
