Rant: A painter in Dayton showed me he wets the floor before spraying clear, and now half my shop swears by it and half says it's nonsense
He said it knocks the dust down, but I've seen guys lay glass-smooth clear on a bone-dry floor too, so I'm honestly not sure which side is right and I want to hear what actually works for you.
