Hit 200 hours on this Corvette SMC clear and finally figured out the flash time trick
Was fighting tiger striping for weeks before I realized the 40 minute wait between coats was the magic number, not the 20 the can says - anyone else find the printed directions are always off on the high-end clears?

Oh man, I feel your pain on those can directions being way off, the 40 minute rule is solid gold.

Right! I swear some of those instructions are written by robots who never actually opened a can of biscuits haha. I had one tell me to bake for 12 minutes and they came out raw in the middle, tried 40 and they were perfect.
