Stacked 90 minutes of Moon shots, why does my final look worse than a 30 second phone pic?

Spent last night at Joshua Tree with my 8 inch Dob and a planetary camera, stacking 4k frames in AS!3 and sharpening in Registax. The result is this blurry, overprocessed mess while my friend's iPhone 15 nailed the crater detail straight out of the camera. Am I missing some basic workflow step or is phone AI just that good now, has anyone else hit this wall and actually fixed it?
