Question about the day my kid choked at a mall food court in Toledo

Honestly, I was standing in line at the Franklin Park Mall food court in Toledo when a 6 year old at the next table started choking on a grape. Half the parents froze and half jumped in, and I was in the frozen group, which still bugs me. Now I'm stuck arguing with myself: should everyone learn the baby Heimlich, or does that just make crowds panic more? Tbh I want to know what you all think.
