Beware the 3 AM dub release curse, I learned this the hard way

Was waiting for the new episode dub to drop at 3 AM in Chicago, refreshed the page right as it went up and got a spoiler in the thumbnail so fast it ruined the whole arc twist. Anyone else have to train themselves to check anime sites a few hours late just to avoid the visual spoiler mines?
