My frozen fries kept coming out soggy until I tried tossing them with a teaspoon of cornstarch before air frying.
It gave them that perfect crispy, almost fast-food style crunch, so has anyone else found a weird pantry item that makes a huge difference?

Oh totally... the cornstarch thing is magic. I had the same kind of moment with a pinch of baking soda in my onion rings. It was like night and day, they went from kind of limp to super crunchy. It's wild how one little thing from the back of the cupboard can fix everything. I'm going to try the cornstarch on my fries next time for sure.
