Lady at the print shop in Dayton asked why my AI upscales looked greasy, and she was right
I was picking up some 8x10 test prints and she pointed at the skin on a restored photo, said the AI smoothed every pore into wax. Went back and cut the denoise from 80 to 25 on my next batch of 40 shots and the faces finally looked like real people. Anyone else find that less AI cleanup beats more?
