Last week I finally dropped the tool my team picked in March because it looked great in the pitch but could not pull a single clean list from our own CRM, so we burned almost 3 months rebuilding segments by hand. We swapped to the plain looking option that just let us upload our real data in the trial, and it was live in 4 days. Has anyone else been burned by demo style over demo substance?
