Had to choose between a full AI content suite or a single killer tool for my agency

My team's budget was tight, so I had to pick: go all in on a pricey platform that does everything okay, or buy one amazing AI tool for copywriting and handle the rest manually. We picked the single tool, Copy.ai, about six months back. It cut our ad copy creation time from 3 days to a few hours. Honestly, the other stuff like scheduling and analytics, we just use cheaper non-AI apps for now. It forced us to get really good at one thing instead of being average at everything. Anyone else skip the big AI platform and just focus on one specific job?

Being really good at one thing" is what got me. I used to want the whole suite, thinking it was more professional. But seeing results from a single focused tool like you guys did actually changed my mind. It just works better.

Honestly, that line about being really good at one thing instead of average at everything is the key. Tbh, a lot of those full suites are just okay at a bunch of stuff, but they don't excel where it counts. We did the same thing, focusing on one tool for the heavy lifting. It forces you to learn it inside out and actually get the value. The other tasks can usually be handled well enough with simpler, cheaper options. Going deep on one specific job is almost always the smarter move.
