TIL my AI transcription bot was quietly deleting every 'no' for 3 weeks

I run a small real estate listing service in Austin and I fed 47 calls through that OpenAI whisper tool last month. Turns out my custom cleanup script had a regex bug that stripped the word 'no' from all the transcripts, so I told a seller their buyer had 'issues with inspection' instead of 'no issues'. Client almost pulled the listing over it. Anyone else had a silent data corruptor like this or am I the only dummy?
